4. User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for all content they upload
• Users must comply with applicable laws
• No fraudulent or misleading content is allowed

5. Subscription & Payment

• Service is subscription-based
• Non-payment leads to suspension
• All payments are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and system ownership belongs to SwaRu Technologies. Users only receive a limited usage license.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any business loss, data loss, disputes, or damages arising from platform usage.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to fully indemnify SwaRu Technologies against any claims or damages arising from misuse.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
